Due to a last minute drop out I’ll be presenting a session on SharePoint 2013 Search for IT PROs (infrastructure people) this Saturday 8th December (at 11:30 AM in the Mapperley Room).
We will discuss:
- A brief history of SharePoint Search
- A quick look at SP2013 search from an end user perspective
- Search topology changes in SharePoint 2013 and planning implications
- Continuous crawl
- Modifying 2013 Search topologies using PowerShell (which is now a must for the vast majority of production Search deployments).
Below is a teaser slide. Hopefully it sparks your interest!
If you haven’t already got yourself a ticket, there is still a very slim chance you can get one by adding yourself to the waiting list.
I look forward to seeing some new and familiar faces at the conference.
(my session should be added to the agenda shortly)
