Both the November 2015 CU and January 2016 CU include updated versions of the Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.dll assembly, so installing those updates should not cause the site and document follow issue.

Having said that, could you let me know why you are planning to install the November 2015 CU if you have already installed the January 2016 CU? The Jan 2016 CU is an “uber” update, so should include the November 2015 CU changes.

My decryption process stuck at 95 % .

if i cancel it it show “BAd Sector xxxyyyzzz” Error

now the other external 1 tb drive i use is also UN-accessible after that . so what should i do now …in that case…

i have all my data on this bit-locker locked drive . God Know why the hell microsoft dont warn about it to customer before its use…
